Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipes

Even though it just takes a few hours to prepare, this chicken supper tastes like it took several hours. We've used the sauce in multiple recipes because it's tasty and creamy, but it's also simple, which is why I keep coming back to this chicken. Serve it as the highlight of a date night or as an extra-special weeknight supper. This is everything.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  3. Kosher salt
  4. Freshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 tsp. dried oregano
  6. 3 Tbsp. butter
  7. 3 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
  9. 3 c. baby spinach
  10. 1/2 c. heavy cream
  11. 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
  12. Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper after adding the chicken. Cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until golden and no longer pink. Take out of the skillet and place aside.

Step:No:02

Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and simmer for approximately a minute, or until fragrant. Once added, add salt and pepper to taste. Add cherry tomatoes. Sauté the tomatoes until they start to burst, then add the spinach and continue cooking until it starts to wilt.

Step:No:03

After adding the heavy cream and parmesan, boil the mixture. Simmer the sauce for about three minutes on low heat, or until it has slightly reduced. Put the chicken back in the skillet and heat it thoroughly, about five to seven minutes.

Step:No:04

Accompany with wedges of lemon.
