Easy Creamy Chicken and Rice Recipes

 A simple one-pot supper that tastes great in a bowl is Creamy Chicken with Rice! cooked in a creamy parmesan white wine sauce with delicate chicken, crisp frozen peas, and jasmine rice.

 Ingredients:

  1. 3 tablespoons butter
  2. 1/2 cup onion, diced
  3. 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1– inch cubes
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  6. 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  7. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  8. 2 cups chicken stock
  9. 1/2 cup dry white wine *see note
  10. 1 cup Jasmine rice
  11. 1 cup frozen peas
  12. 1/3 cup heavy cream
  13. 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions: 

Step:No:01

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
Cook for 6–7 minutes, or until the onions are softened and the chicken is lightly browned, after adding the onions, chicken, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Garlic is added and cooked for an additional minute.

Step:No:02

Stir in rice, wine, and chicken stock. Once the mixture reaches a boiling point, cover the pan and turn the heat down to medium. Cook until the rice is cooked, about 20 minutes.

Step:No:03

When the peas are warm, add them and simmer for one minute. Add the Parmesan cheese and heavy cream and stir.

Step:No:04

If desired, add extra Parmesan cheese as a garnish. Warm up and serve.
