Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
  2. 2 Tbsp. salted butter, melted
  3. 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  4. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, plus more for the pasta water
  5. 1 (1-lb.) box elbow pasta
  6. 1 c. mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 c. sour cream or Greek yogurt
  8. 1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
  9. 1 Tbsp. lemon zest plus 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (from 1 to 2 lemons)
  10. 1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)
  11. 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  12. 3 celery stalks, chopped
  13. 1 red bell pepper, chopped


Instructions:

Step :NO:01

Turn the oven on to 425°F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.

Step :NO:02

After putting the shrimp on the baking sheet that has been preheated, sprinkle it with butter and toss it with Old Bay seasoning. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer and roast for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are pink, curled, and cooked through. Permit the shrimp to cool fully.

Heat a big saucepan of salted water till it boils. Cook the pasta for a further minute after adding it, as recommended by the box. After draining, rinse with cold water and allow to cool.

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, and spicy sauce (if preferred) in a sizable bowl. Stir in the bell pepper, celery, spaghetti, and shrimp.
