  4. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)
  6. 3 tablespoons oil
  7. 1/2 cup crumbled nacho cheese-flavored tortilla chips

Pizza Toppings:

  1. 1 pound ground beef
  2. 1/2 cup diced onion
  3. 1 package taco seasoning mix
  4. 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  5. 1/2 cup sour cream
  6. 1–2 chipotle peppers from a can of chipotle in adobo, plus 2 teaspoons of adobo sauce
  7. salt to taste
  8. 2 cups Cheddar-Jack cheese
  9. Toppings as desired: chopped tomatoes, avocado, cilantro

Instructions:

Crust:

Step:NO:01

Mix 1 3/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and oil in a big bowl. If required, add extra flour and stir until smooth. Though it should form a ball, the dough should be slightly sticky.

Step:NO:02

Until the dough is smooth and elastic, knead it for three to four minutes on a surface dusted with flour.

Step:NO:03

Alternatively, you may use your stand mixer with the dough hook attachment to combine the ingredients for the dough.

Step:NO:04

After covering the bowl, give the dough ten minutes to rest. While the dough is resting, prepare the toppings.

Toppings:

Step:NO:01

Cook the ground beef and onion together in a medium skillet over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked and the onions are tender. If necessary, drain the extra fat. Add the black beans, 3–4 tablespoons of water, and the taco seasoning packet. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Take off the heat and place aside.

Step:NO:02

Combine the sour cream, chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce in a small bowl. You can add as much adobo sauce or as many peppers as you like. Add salt to taste to season.

Assembly:

Step:NO:01

Turn the oven on to 425°F.

Step:NO:02

When dough is finished, roll it out onto a pizza pan that has been lightly oiled, about 12 to 15 inches thick, depending on desired thickness. Crushed tortilla chips should be pressed into the dough's borders.

Step:NO:03

Apply all but two tablespoons of the chipotle cream on top; save the remaining tablespoons to decorate the pizza.

Step:NO:04

Place the meat/bean combination on top of the chipotle cream, followed by the cheese.

Step:NO:05

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

Step:NO:06

Add avocado, tomato, and cilantro to the top, then pour the remaining chipotle cream over everything.
