This easy and tasty pizza recipe is perfect for a weekday supper or as a snack on game day!
Ingredients:
Crust:
- 1–3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® RapidRise Yeast
- 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Crust: Combine 1 3/4 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water, and oil in a large bowl. If required, add extra flour and stir until smooth. The dough should form a ball and be slightly sticky.

Knead the dough for 3–4 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic, on a surface dusted with flour. Alternatively, you may use your stand mixer with the dough hook attachment to combine the ingredients for the dough.Step:No:03
After covering the bowl, give the dough ten minutes to rest. Meanwhile the dough is resting, prepare the toppings.

Toppings: Toss the chicken, spicy sauce, and melted butter in a big bowl until evenly covered. Put aside.

Turn the oven on to 425°F.

When the dough is finished, roll it out onto a pizza pan that has been lightly oiled, spreading it out to a thickness of 12 to 15 inches. *Observe the note

Evenly distribute the ranch dressing over the dough.

Evenly place cooked chicken on top, then top with grated cheese.

Bake: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown.Step:No:10
