Chicken Enchilada Cream Cheese Recipes

A favorite recipe among the family is chicken enchiladas. This simple supper plan is quick to prepare in advance or toss together in a matter of minutes. All you need to do is grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery!

 Ingredients:

  1. 3 cups of cooked and shredded chicken (like rotisserie)
  2. 1 cup sour cream
  3. 1 (10.5- ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 cup salsa verde (*see note)
  5. 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  6. 8 (8- inch, taco style) flour tortillas
  7. 1 1/2 cups mild cheddar cheese
  8. optional garnishes – chopped cilantro, sour cream, avocado

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Set oven temperature to 350°F. Apply a thin layer of nonstick spray to a 9-by-13 pan and keep it aside.

Step:No:02

Put the chicken in a big basin and keep it there.

Step:No:03

Combine the salsa, taco seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream in a separate large bowl and stir until well blended.

Step:No:04

Spoon half of the sour cream mixture into the pan's bottom. Add one cup of the sour cream mixture to the chicken shreds and toss to coat thoroughly. The remaining sour cream mixture should be set away.
In the center of each tortilla, distribute one-third cup of the chicken mixture. Tightly roll the tortillas and put them in the pan, seam side down. Cover the enchiladas with the leftover sour cream mixture. Over the top, scatter the grated cheese.

Step:No:05

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
