So Easy Creamy Lemon Chicken Orzo

 This pasta dish with lemon chicken orzo is a simple, quick, and delectable dinner. For simplicity, it may be prepared in a single pot and is ready in roughly half an hour. You HAVE to try it because it's that delicious!

 Ingredients:

  1. 650 g Chicken breast (approx. 4), Skinless and boneless | Chopped
  2. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  3. 3 Garlic cloves, Peeled and crushed
  4. 1 tsp Oregano
  5. 250 g Orzo
  6. 650 ml Hot chicken stock, Made from a cube is fine
  7. 150 ml Double cream
  8. 120 g Spinach
  9. 1 Lemon, Zest and juice
  10. 100 g Parmesan, Grated
  11. Freshly ground black pepper


Instructions: 

Step:No:01

Heat the oil in a sizable deep-frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the chicken pieces when it's heated. Simmer for five minutes, flipping once or twice, or until all sides begin to take on color.

Step:No:02

Add the oregano and garlic and lower the heat. Stir until the garlic softens, three to five minutes.

Step:No:03

Add the orzo, stock, zest from the lemon, and a generous pinch of pepper. Stir everything well and cover.

Step:No:04

Stirring occasionally, heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the orzo and chicken are thoroughly cooked. (Add a dash of water if the mixture gets too dry before the chicken or orzo cooks.)

Step:No:05

Reduce the heat to the lowest possible setting and stir thoroughly for one to three minutes, or until the cream is cooked through and the spinach has wilted. You can also add the cream, lemon juice, and spinach.

Step:No:06

After removing the heat source, mix in the parmesan.
