Fried Egg Sandwich Air Fryer Recipe

 Breakfast may be ready in minutes with just a few basic ingredients and a sandwich press! These muffins are ideal for a weekend brunch or a hectic morning because of their versatility. Smothered between a toasted English muffin with crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and melty cheese, this dish will definitely satisfy your yearning for something savory in the morning.

 Ingredients:

  1. 4 rindless short cut bacon rashers
  2. 4 English muffins, split
  3. 4 cheddar slices
  4. 4 eggs
  5. Spinach, to serve
  6. Rocket, to serve
  7. Barbecue sauce, to serve


Instructions: 

Step:No:01

Toast a sandwich press with four slices. After placing the bacon and mufins on the press hot plate, cut-side down, heat for two minutes, or until gently browned.

Step:No:02

Flip over the muffins and bacon. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on two muffin halves.

Step:No:03

Separately crack each egg onto the press. Adjust the press's side height so that it is just over the top of the eggs and the top of the press (see recommendations). Cook till your preferred doneness, around 5 minutes.

Step:No:04

Spoon the cheesy muffin halves onto a platter. Add the eggs, bacon, spinach, and rocket on top. Pour some barbecue sauce on top. To serve, place the remaining muffin halves on top.
