Sandwich one chicken breast between two clingfilm strips. Pound out to a thickness of 2 cm with a rolling pin or mallet. Continue by using the other three chicken breasts.

In a medium bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan. In another medium-sized bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Transfer flour to a plate and add seasoning.

Shake off any extra flour after dipping the chicken in it. Press down forcefully to ensure that the breadcrumb mixture coats the egg. Move to a serving tray. After covering, refrigerate for fifteen minutes.

For three minutes, preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Apply some olive oil spray to the chicken. Place half of the chicken in the air fryer's basket in a single layer. A 12-minute timer should be set. Cook until chicken is brown and well done, rotating it halfway through. To keep warm, transfer to a platter and cover with foil. Continue with the leftover chicken.Step:No:05
