In a bowl, mix together the soup mix, 60g (¼ cup) mayonnaise, and oil. Toss to mix in the potato. Put inside the air fryer's basket. Air fried for fifteen minutes at 200°C. Toss the potatoes by shaking the basket. Top the potatoes with bacon rashers. Fry in the air for a further ten minutes at 160C.

In a jug, mix together the remaining mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and chives. Add pepper for seasoning. Potatoes should be moved to a serving bowl. Over the sour cream mixture, pour. Finely dice the bacon. To serve, scatter over the potatoes.
