Instant Pot Meatballs and Pasta Recipe

Instant Pot meatballs, cooked in marinara sauce, are incredibly juicy, soft, and flavorful. They make a wonderful and quick supper when placed in a meatball sub or over pasta!

Ingredients:

  1. 24 ounces pasta sauce
  2. ¾ Cup water
  3. ¼ cup milk
  4. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  5. ¼ Cup grated parmesan cheese
  6. ¼ Cup panko bread crumbs
  7. ¼ Cup onion, finely diced
  8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  9. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  10. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  11. ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  12. Pinch of red pepper flakes
  13. 1 pound ground beef
  14. ¼ pound ground pork

Instructions:

Step:No:01

Stir thoroughly after adding the spaghetti sauce and water to the instant pot insert.

Step:No:02

Put the egg and milk into a big mixing basin.

Step:No:03

Incorporate the panko, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend thoroughly. To allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the liquid, let the mixture sit for five minutes.

Step:No:04

Add the ground pork and beef. Mix the ingredients with your hands until the mixture is uniform and cohesive. Avoid overmixing to prevent tough meatballs.

Step:No:05

Form the beef mixture into golf-ball-sized balls with a diameter of about ½ inch. It ought to yield roughly 20–22 meatballs.

Step:No:06

Put the raw meatballs into the Instant Pot's sauce.

Step:No:07

Set the vent to the sealing position and replace the instant pot lid.

Step:No:08

For eight minutes, cook on manual high pressure. The quick pot will pressurize in around fifteen minutes. After the cooking time is up, let the pressure drop naturally for five minutes. Make sure the meatballs are 165 degrees inside by releasing the remaining pressure and inspecting them.

Step:No:09

Serve as meatball subs or over noodles.
