Easy Stuffed Biscuits Air Fryer Recipe

 Perfect for a tasty supper or game day snack, these Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Biscuits are flaky and buttery, juicy and savory, and really simple to make!

 Ingredients:

  1. 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  2. 3/4 cup diced onion
  3. 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  4. 1 pound deli roast beef, diced
  5. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  6. 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
  9. 1 (16- ounce) can of buttermilk biscuits  


Instructions: 

Step:No:01

Set oven temperature to 350°F. Place parchment paper into a sizable baking pan. After placing 8 biscuits on the parchment paper, let them aside to enable the dough to slightly reheat.

Step:No:02

Melt the butter in a big skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, and simmer for five to six minutes, or until softened. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper for seasoning.

Step:No:03

Cook the chopped roast meat for one to two minutes to reheat it. Cheese that has been grated is added, mixed together, and let to melt. Take off the heat source.

Step:No:04

Create a pocket by carefully separating each biscuit into two halves. Fill each biscuit with 1/4 cup of the beef mixture. Pinch the dough together to seal the edges. Continue with the remaining biscuits.

Step:No:05

In a small bowl, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Drizzle the biscuits with the melted butter.

Step:No:06

Cook for 17 to 20 minutes, or until well-browned. Warm up and serve.
