Easy Italian Pastina Recipe

 Rich, buttery, cheesy tastes abound in Creamy Italian Pastina, a simple and comforting pasta meal that's topped with fresh parmesan and an egg. The epitome of what comfort food should be!

 Ingredients:

  1. 1 (12- ounce) box pastina
  2. 4 cups chicken broth
  3. 3 tablespoons butter
  4. 1 large egg, room temperature, whisked
  5. 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and more to garnish
  6. Fresh ground black pepper to taste


Instructions: 

Step:No:01

Fill a 3-quart pot with 4 cups of stock and the pastina box; place over medium heat. Boil, stirring regularly, for 6 to 7 minutes, or until the pastina is al dente and the liquid is absorbed.

Step:No:02

After taking the saucepan off of the burner, quickly mix in the butter, egg, and Parmesan cheese.

Step:No:03

Add plenty of pepper to the dish and serve right away.
